The Coquitlam Express Junior A Hockey Team are very proud to announce 20 year old defencemen, Taylor Green has committed to play for the Mount Royal Cougars Hockey Program. The Cougars play in the Canada West conference in the CIS and are located in Calgary Alberta.
Express Head Coach/General Manager Barry Wolff says; “We are extremely proud of Taylor and seeing him get this opportunity is awesome! Taylor has faced a lot of adversity in his Junior career and just kept pushing forward every time there was a road block!! His continued perseverance and ability to stay focused on his goals is something we can all learn from and something Taylor should be very proud of.”
Green say’s, “I’m very excited to be playing hockey for the Mount Royal Cougars next season. Thank you to the Coquitlam Express family for helping me get to this next level, I can’t wait to start my next chapter of hockey and life at the University.”
