The Coquitlam Express would like to send our congratulations to Lee Stone on his new role as General Manager and Head Coach of the Campbell River Storm. And Vin Jackson on his role as Associate Head Coach and Assistant General Manager.
The Storm serve as an affiliate program of the Coquitlam Express, strengthening our commitment to player development and progression.
“First off, I want to thank Lee for his contributions last year,” said Tali Campbell, President of Hockey Operations and General Manager of the Express. “We’re excited that he will continue to be actively involved in our organization. Through our affiliation with the Campbell River Storm, Lee and I will work closely on player development, and he will also transition into a front office hockey operations role, supporting Spring Hockey, Identification Camps, and scouting.”
“Thank you to the Coquitlam Express for a memorable season on and off the ice,” said Lee Stone.“Tali and I have worked together for years, and I’m excited to continue that partnership with the Express and Storm, starting with Spring Hockey. While I won’t be in Coquitlam full-time this fall, I look forward to working closely together and helping the Express pursue a championship in 2026–27.”
