The Coquitlam Express are thrilled to announce the return of our highly anticipated “Score for Cancer” Game, taking place on Saturday, December 21st when the Express face off against the Alberni Valley Bulldogs at Poirier Sport & Leisure Complex.
This annual event has become a cornerstone of the Express season, inspired by former Express Captain Ryan Tattle. To date, this initiative has raised an incredible $155,520 for the Canadian Cancer Society, directly supporting life-saving research, patient support programs, and public awareness campaigns.
A Game with Purpose
The “Score for Cancer” Game is about more than just the action on the ice; it’s about bringing our community together to make a difference. Fans will have the opportunity to contribute through the 50/50, auction items and welcoming back Ryan Tattle to the Train Station.
