The Coquitlam Express Hockey Club is thrilled to announce the launch of the 2025-26 regular season schedule, marking the franchise’s 25th anniversary season in the British Columbia Hockey League (BCHL).
The silver anniversary season kicks off in front of a hometown crowd on Saturday, September 20, 2025, as the Express host the Victoria Grizzlies at the Train Station (Poirier Sport & Leisure Complex) with puck drop at 7:00 PM.
This milestone season features 25 exciting home games, with fans being treated to weekend matchups, special events, and key rivalries throughout the year. Highlights include:

Three visits from the Langley Rivermen, including a Holiday showdown on December 20

A Halloween matinee on October 31 vs. the Surrey Eagles at 12:00 PM

A rare interleague doubleheader weekend in October as the Express host the Sherwood Park Crusaders (Oct. 17) and Spruce Grove Saints (Oct. 18) from the Alberta Division

Key rivalry games against the Chilliwack Chiefs on three separate Fridays (Sept. 26, Nov. 7, Jan. 23)

A special Saturday night finale on March 27 against the Powell River Kings
“This is more than just a season—it’s a celebration of 25 years of hockey in Coquitlam/Burnaby,” said General Manager Tali Campbell. “We’re excited to welcome our fans back to the Train Station as we honour our past, celebrate the present, and build toward a bright future.”
In addition to the on-ice action, the Express will be hosting 25th Anniversary celebrations throughout the season, including alumni recognition nights, throwback jerseys, fan giveaways, and more. Details will be announced in the coming weeks.
