IT’S GAMEDAY
The Coquitlam Express return to the Train Station as they take on the Prince George Spruce Kings in a battle for the top spot in the BCHL’s Coastal East Division.
This will be the second meeting this season between Coquitlam and Prince George. With the Spruce Kings taking the lone meeting back on December 12th, as they would score a buzzer beater over the Express to win 4-3 and play spoiler on Teddy Bear Toss Night. The Express now gear up for an important couple of matchups against Prince George. As the teams are a week out from the BCHL Road Show in Burns Lake with 2 games at Tom Forsyth Memorial Arena. This game comes after Prince George’s win yesterday over Langley, giving them the top spot in the Coastal East Division.

Nolan Flynn continues to drive Coquitlam’s offence as the end of the season is starting to creep in. He had 4 points in Coquitlam’s 3 game island road trip last weekend. And leads the Express with 31 points in 33 games played. Carter Hesselgrave picked up 2 points in Prince George’s 6-1 win over Langley yesterday. Which now has hime up to 8 points in his last 4 games. He sits 4th on the Spruce Kings in points with 29 in 36 games.
