IT’S GAMEDAY
The Coquitlam Express get set for their first of two games at the 2025 BCHL Showcase, as they take on the Vernon Vipers. The Express enter tonight showcase game riding a 5-0 start to the season, a new franchise record. And are coming off a late 3rd period comeback win against the Surrey Eagles last Sunday. The Vipers will be looking to snap their current 3 game losing streak, with their last game being a 4-3 over time loss to the Sherwood Park Crusaders. Both teams will be well rested coming into tonights matchup having both not seen action since last weekend. This will be the lone regular season meeting between these two teams. With their most recent meeting dates back to last season when the Vipers would take a 7-1 win at the Poirier Sport & Leisure Complex

Nate Crema has begun to find his offensive touch for Coquitlam. Currently riding a 4 game point streak, the North Vancouver native was able to find the back of the net in both of Coquitlam’s games last weekend marking his 1st and 2nd on the season. Michael Munroe currently sits tied for 3rd in the league with 5 with 4 goals in his last 4 games. The Maine commit holds first in points in the Vipers with 6 points in 7 games.
