The Coquitlam Express are excited to announce Ian Wilson as the new Voice of the team to replace longtime play-by-play broadcaster Eddie Gregory who has moved onto the Vancouver Giants.
Wilson comes to the Express with a ton of experience. He currently is the voice of the UFV Cascades, Fraser Valley Bandits and Arena Lacrosse League West. He also brings along his experiences working with the Chilliwack Chiefs, Chilliwack Jets, Richmond Sockeyes and the Delta Ice Hawks.
“We are really excited to welcome Ian to the Express family as our new voice calling all our home games on HockeyTV,” commented Express chief operating officer and general manager Tali Campbell “It’s not an easy task to replace Eddie, but I know Ian will do a great job and our fans will enjoy his commentary as much as they enjoyed Eddie’s.”
