It was a back and forth game throughout however the Coquitlam Express would pull away with the 3-2 win.
During the first 20 minutes both teams would get on the board, first by Langley’s Kalen Szeto at 13:07 which was followed by Express’ Danny Pearson at 15:29.
The same would prevail in the second period both teams would score, however this time the Express would start things off at 53 seconds on the power play by Cooper Connell then at 9:32 Connor Wetsch would score on a breakaway.
In the third period the Express would be the only team to get on the board by the newest Express Sam Huo which would be the game winner!
The Express take on Chilliwack Chiefs tomorrow night.
