EXPRESS UNVEIL 10TH ANNIVERSARY LOGO
Coquitlam, BC – The Coquitlam Express Jr A Hockey Club introduced a 10th season Anniversary Logo prior to the opening of the 2010/11 season on Friday in Victoria.
The Express began play in the British Columbia Hockey League in 2001-2002. The team moved to Burnaby and became the Burnaby Express in the 2005/06 season, winning the Royal Bank Cup National Championship that year. The Express own a combined 243-256-5-36 record in their nine year history. This upcoming season marks the return of the Express to Coquitlam.
The Express open the 2010/11 season Friday in Victoria with the home opener set for Friday, September 24th at the Poirier Sport & Leisure Complex. Puck drops against local rivals Surrey Eagles at 7:00pm. Advertising and ticket information is available by calling the Express at 604-936-4625.
