August 18th – The Coquitlam Express 2013 Training Camp runs from August 19th, 7:15am, to Thursday, August 22nd, 5:00pm..
8 teams will compete in one-hour scrimmages from 7:15am-5:00pm through the first two days. Following scrimmages on Tuesday, August 20th, camp will be cut down to 3 teams competing for the final 22 roster spots. Wednesday & Thursday will consist of three, one-hour scrimmages from 7:45-11:15am. Each day will conclude with a 3:00-5:00pm Intersquad game.
All scrimmages will be taking place in the Rec. arena of the Poirier Sport & Leisure Complex. Fans and minor hockey players are encouraged to come and get their first look at how this year's Express team is shaping up.
