The Express would like to congratulate 2013-14 Netminder, Gordy Defiel on his NCAA Division 1 commitment to Lake Superior State University. Coach Wolff commented “We are so happy for Gordy!! He has proven two years in a row that he is a true Champion, and was a big part of us winning the Fred Page Cup! He will take that with him to Lake Superior State. We thank Gordy for all his efforts here in Coquitlam and wish him and Lake Superior the very best in the future” The Express wish Gordy all the best at Lake Superior State and in all his future endeavours!!
