EXPRESS PREPARE FOR EXHIBITION SEASON
The Coquitlam Express is chipping away at their Camp Roster in preparing for the exhibition season.
The Express first exhibition games are set for September 5th in Langley at the Langley Sportsplex and September 6th vs Langley at the Poirier Sports & Leisure Complex in the Rec Rink. Face off both nights is at 7:00pm.
“Expect to see a mix of players in this weekend’s games.” Coach Wolff says “We will play some young guys that we want to give a Jr A game experience, as well as some players that we hope will be on the opening day roster and that some NCAA scouts want an early look at. We are excited to see how the team will respond in the game atmosphere.”
Away from the ice, the Express had their annual Volunteer meeting Wednesday night, as always a huge success. Coach Wolff comments “We can not thank the volunteers enough for all their effort and time they devote to this team game after game!”

Express Meet and Greet BBQ sponsored by Joey Restaurants is Sept 13, 11:00am-2:00pm at Mundy Park! The Express will officially unveil their new Jerseys so be sure to come meet the 2014-15 players and have a hamburger compliments of Joey Coquitlam!
