GAMEDAY: EXPRESS @ SURREY

The Express boys are on the road tonight for a 7pm faceoff at the South Surrey Arena. It's another important divisional matchup for Coquitlam, who sits 3-points behind Langley for the fourth and final playoff spot. This marks the fifth game of the year between these two squads, with Surrey having taken each of the previous 4.

Coquitlam enters tonight with a 16-19-1-0 record. John Seimer has been the Express' leading scorer from the start of the season. He's racked up 19 goals and 28 assists for 47 points, good enough for 3rd in the BCHL.

Surrey has risen from the bottom of the division to 2nd Place with a 21-10-1-3 record. Former Express forward, Brady Shaw, has gone on to lead the Eagles in scoring with 22 goals and 16 assists.

The Express are back on home ice this Friday when the Merritt Centennials come to town. Puck drop is 7pm at the Poirier Sport & Leisure Complex.
