This week you can find the Express players in the community, lending a hand and giving pointers.
Thursday September 24th they'll be taking part in the 10th Anniversary of the H.E.R.O.S. program.
The Hockey Education Reaching Out Society provides youth in East Vancouver with meals, equipment, ice-time and educational materials to ensure they're learning while playing hockey. The Express will assist in fitting the kids with their gear and answer questions they may have about hockey.

Puckmasters Hockey Training OPEN HOUSE
Meet the staff and coaches at Puckmasters. Become educated on the programs and how your child can improve their skills. The boys will be on hand to answer any questions you have about hockey and the Express for this season.
