The Coquitlam Express Hockey Club Returns Home for Crucial Quarter Finals Games

After an intense start to the BCHL Coastal Conference Quarter Finals, the Coquitlam Express Hockey Club is gearing up to face off against the Alberni Valley Bulldogs in Game 3 and 4 at home. The series, which kicked off with Games 1 and 2, saw the teams splitting victories, setting the stage for an electrifying showdown at the Poirier Sport & Leisure Complex.

The Alberni Valley Bulldogs took the first game in overtime 5-4, but the Express bounced back taking Game 2 4-2. Drew Garzone led the way with four points in two games, while Adam Manji stopped 72 of 79 shots he faced.

“We’re thrilled to be back on home ice for Games 3 and 4,” said Tali Campbell, General Manager of the Coquitlam Express. “Our players have demonstrated tremendous skill and determination through the first two games, and we’re confident they will rise to the occasion in front of our passionate fans.”

Fans can expect high-energy action and intense competition as the Express look to gain an edge in the series and advance one step closer to the Fred Page Cup.

Game 3 is scheduled for Tuesday, April 9th, followed by Game 4 on Wednesday, April 10th, both at the Poirier Sport & Leisure Complex. Puck drop is set for 7:00 PM.
