The Express have acquired 2006-born goaltender Logan Kennedy from the Sherwood Park Crusaders in exchange for future considerations, General Manager Tali Campbell has announced.
Kennedy has posted an impressive 6-2 record with a .892 SV% in eight games this season.
Prior to his time in the BCHL, the Toronto product was with the Haliburton County Huskies in the OJHL. In 21 appearances he produced an 11-7-0 record, 2.56 GAA and .902 SV%.
With the departure of Eric Young, this move solidifies Coquitlam’s netminding trio for the stretch run alongside Andrew Ness and Mitchell Pearce.
