The Coquitlam Express are thrilled to announce the signing of James Shannon, a 2004 Born forward committed to Quinnipiac University.
Shannon, a native of New York, NY brings a wealth of talent and potential to the Express lineup. He spent last season playing for the Brunswick School tallying 30 points in 32 games as the Team Captain.
His hard work on the ice has paid off with a commitment to Quinnipiac University, a top NCAA Division I program. Shannon is excited to join the Express and continue his development in the BCHL.
“We are very excited to have James join the Express family,” said Express General Manager, Tali Campbell. “He is a dynamic player with excellent vision and skill. We look forward to helping him develop and prepare for his future at Quinnipiac University.”
The Express organization welcomes James and looks forward to seeing him on the ice for the 2023-24 BCHL season.
