Coquitlam, BC – The Coquitlam Express are excited to announce the hiring of Jeff Wagner as the clubs new Associate Coach and Director of Scouting.
Wagner has spent the last three years as the Head Coach and General Manager of the Fernie Ghostriders in the KIJHL and prior to that he was the Assistant Coach with the Creston Valley Thundercats also in the KIJHL.
“I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know Jeff over the last year and a bit doing joint camps with him and getting to know how he operates and we knew he was someone we wanted part of our staff.” said Tali Campbell, Express general manager “Jeff’s recruiting ability, his organization skills, his approach to coaching, and his drive to succeed are all things we knew we wanted as we hired someone to be our Associate Coach and Director of Scouting.”
