The British Columbia Hockey League has announced the Coquitlam Express and Prince George Spruce Kings will play two regular season games on February 14th and 15th at Tom Forsyth Arena, in Burns Lake. As part of the 2026 BCHL Road Show.
In addition to the games, BCHL players and staff will participate in school visits, community events throughout the weekend, as well as a traditional feast hosted by the Lake Babine Nation.
“The BCHL Roadshow was a great experience for Burns Lake in 2023,” said Burns Lake Mayor Henry Wiebe. “It brought our community together, inspired our youth and showcased our vibrant spirit to visitors from across the province. Events like this remind us of the power of sport to unite, energize and create lasting memories. We were proud to work with Lake Babine Nation to host the BCHL and are grateful for the opportunity to do so again in 2026.”
