The Coquitlam Express have traded 2005 born goaltender Eric Young to the Okotoks Oilers, in exchange for future considerations.
Young, 19, is entering his final season of junior hockey eligibility. He spent parts of the past 2 season as a member of the Express. Suiting up for 29 games and posting a record of 15-9-4 with a 3.27 GAA and .894 SV% in his time in Coquitlam. Young would depart the Express part way through the season last year. Signing with the QMJHL’s Saint John Sea Dogs.
