As the Coquitlam Express gear up to celebrate their 25th season, the organization is giving fans the power to make history by selecting the official Express Quarter-Century Team, proudly presented by Great Canadian Oil Change.
Over the last 24 seasons, hundreds of players have donned the Express jersey, many of whom have gone on to play professionally, represent their country, and leave a lasting mark on the franchise. Now, it’s time for the fans to choose the best of the best.
Starting mid-June, fans will have six weeks to vote for their all-time Express favourites. There are no preset lists or limitations, fans can nominate any former player from the past 24 seasons who they believe deserves a spot on the Quarter-Century Team.
“This is a special way for our fans to reflect on 25 years of Express hockey and recognize the incredible talent that has come through our program,” said Express President of Hockey Operating & General Manager Tali Campbell. “We’re proud to team up with Great Canadian Oil Change to honour our history and the players who built this franchise.”
The final Quarter-Century Team roster will be revealed later this summer as part of the club’s 25th anniversary celebrations.
Voting details and submission forms will be available soon on www.coquitlamexpress.ca and through the team’s social media channels.
