The Coquitlam Express are excited to announce the addition of 2005-born forward Cole Bishop from the Alberni Valley Bulldogs, in exchange for future considerations.
Bishop, 20, is entering his final season of Jr. hockey eligibility. Spending the last 2 season in the BCHL with Alberni Valley, before that he would see time in major junior as a member of the QMJHL’s Moncton Wildcats. A veteran of 143 junior hockey games Bishop will add major experience to the Express’ offence. He is committed to Tennessee State University for the 2026-2027 season.
“We’re excited to add Cole Bishop to our lineup. He’s a big, strong forward who knows how to find the back of the net and isn’t afraid to play with an edge. He’ll bring a physical presence and help us create more depth and toughness up front,” said Express President & General Manager Tali Campbell.
