Express Duo Headed to CJHL Prospects Game

Nov. 5 – Express duo headed to the Martimes for some national attention after catching the eye of the Canadian Junior Hockey League.

The Coquitlam Express are pleased to announce that Adam Rockwood and Nicholas Rasovic have been selected to play in the CJHL Prospect games next week in Nova Scotia.

The CJHL Prospect games in one of the premier Junior A events in the country and is heavily scouted by collegiate and professional scouts from all over the hockey community.

The games feature the best  Canadian Junior A hockey players born in 1995 or earlier.

Express Head Coach Barry Wolff says "We are very proud of the selection of Rocky and Razor, this will be an excellent opportunity for them to showcase their talents before a huge stage of pro and college scouts".

The games will be played in Yarmoth, and Digby Nova Scotia on November 8 and 9th.

Rockwood and Rasovic  will not miss any BCHL games and return to the team in time to take on their division rival Langley Rivermen on Friday November 15 at the Train Station in the Poirier Sports and Leisure Complex.
